When Will my order ship?
We will process your order within 48 hours of ordering, unless the product you ordered is backordered. From there, we will package your order by hand and transport your order to UPS who then processes the shipments. At this point, any questions or customer services will be handled by UPS. Contact information for UPS can be found by clicking on the tracking number provided to you by us.
All deliveries will go out without an advanced scheduling between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
If there is no one home to receive the order, UPS may leave a door hanger with directions to contact them to schedule a second attempt delivery.
Upon your order, you can expect roughly 2 to 3 (business) days for UPS to deliver after you received the tracking information.
Once you get your beer, get those cans in the fridge and call your buds!
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated using the weight of your package. Our rates are provided directly to us from UPS.
We do not make any money from shipping and handling. We have taken every step to reduce these charges to you.
Will My retriever club Membership automatically renew?
Yes! As long as the original credit card you purchased the membership on is still active, the renewal will be charged to that card. Emails will be sent out to members prior to their renewal date on the anniversary of becoming a member.
